Toro Takedown Academy (TTA) is the Gulf Coast’s newest wrestling club, located in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Established in 2026, with more than 60 years of combined wrestling experience, the coaching staff at TTA is committed to developing disciplined, confident athletes through high level technique, hard work, and a strong foundation in the fundamentals of the sport.

Toro Takedown Academy welcomes 6th - 12th grade wrestlers from all schools and experience levels who want to sharpen their skills, push their limits, and train in a room that values toughness, respect, and personal growth.

To further benefit our athletes, Toro Takedown Academy has partnered with Trojan Wrestling Academy (TWA) located on HWY 98 in Daphne. TTA members are welcome to attend practices at TWA in Daphne on days when we are not training in Spanish Fort. This partnership expands opportunities for our wrestlers to train with some of the best partners and coaches our area has to offer.
